About Us
We’re not just professionals.
We’re family members, advocates, and fellow travelers.
Autism isn’t a case number to us. It’s a sibling, a student, someone we’ve rooted for, laughed with, and championed.
We know the road you’re on — because we’ve lived it.
And we’re here to empower you to move forward, one step at a time.

Joseph’s connection to autism began at home. With a close relative diagnosed on the spectrum, he frequently stepped in to support his family during challenging times. Those experiences shaped his vision to create a more compassionate, connected approach to care — one grounded in lived experience, not just expertise.
“This is more than a career to me — it’s deeply personal. I understand what it means to search tirelessly for answers in the quiet hours. My mission is to ensure that families like mine never have to face this journey alone.”

Devora started her career trading forex but made what she calls “the greatest trade of all” — switching to the nonprofit sector. After seeing the impact of autism in her extended family, she felt called to this work. With a mind for systems and a heart for service, Devora ensures that every part of our operation reflects our mission.
“I believe in excellence with empathy. We run a tight ship — but always with the understanding that there’s a human story of fierce love behind every service we provide.”

Since 2003, Malka has devoted herself to children with ASD — helping them grow, thrive, and reach goals once thought out of reach. One of her greatest joys is helping students transition successfully into mainstream kindergarten—a testament to her belief in every child’s potential. Her warmth, dedication, and experience bring both results and reassurance to families. With her on your team, you’ll know you’re in good hands.
“I’ve seen time and time again that with the right support, growth is possible. The spark is there — we just have to nurture it.”
What We Believe
At Empowered Together ABA, we hold a few things close. These principles shape every conversation, every plan, and every session:
ABA should be empowering.
We believe in real change — and in giving families the tools to create it.
Parents are not just part of the plan — they’re central to it.
Parent training, guidance, and emotional support are built into everything we offer.
When we walk the road together, everything changes.
You don’t have to navigate this alone. We’re here, every step of the way.
